Themes and goals

Networking between coordinators of mobility consortia has proved to promote the implementation of quality mobility actions by:

• Sharing best practices and proven models

• Improving partner reliability and trust

• Enhancing inclusion and accessibility

• Building professional capacity of coordinators

This TCA will be the eighth conference in Cologne offering a structured dialogue between all relevant actors in the field. The focus of this conference is on bringing coordinators together to plan and prepare high-quality mobility programmes. With the return of the UK and, hopefully, Switzerland to Erasmus+ in 2027, potential coordinators of mobility consortia from these two countries will have the opportunity to make direct contact with coordinators from across Europe and plan joint activities within the framework of Erasmus+.

Where details are already confirmed, the changes introduced by the new generation of programmes will be discussed. Representatives from the European Association of Training Providers (EATP) will attend the conference and discuss training courses with the coordinators with a view to improving quality, provided this initiative is continued in the forthcoming programme.

Expected results

The networking activities of the conference are expected to generate concrete cooperation opportunities, increase partner reliability and trust, and facilitate the development of future joint mobility activities. The event will also enhance coordinators’ professional capacity, promote inclusion and accessibility, and contribute to a stronger and more connected European mobility scheme, supporting the delivery of high-quality learning mobility for all participants.
